On Dec. 31, 1985 founder and Bostonian Bob Theriault partnered with his long time manager Clay McDuff who now operates The Boston Cooker in Spring Hill.

For over 25 years they have been using their connections in Boston to purchase the freshest lobsters, cod, haddock, Ipswich clams, New Bedford sea scallops and more. Flying these delicacies in fresh weekly, brings the “Taste of New England”® to the Tampa Bay area.
