The Boston Cooker opened its doors on Dec. 31, 1985 at 3705 Tampa Rd. in Oldsmar, FL where it still operates today. Founder, Bostonian, Bob Theriault, has partnered with his long time managers Clay McDuff, Lori Rehula, Dawn Pistone and Eleni Strawn who now operate the two Florida locations.
